What are the costs associated with my order?

Your order will be delivered free of charge, with no associated costs, in the following countries: Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

Orders placed from Austria have a shipping cost of €10.00

How do deliveries work?

At the end of the shopping basket, you can choose to have it delivered to your address or to a GLS collection point. It is understood as an address a home address or any other address of your choice.

When will my order be delivered?

Your order will be shipped via GLS. If you place your order by 12:00 on working days, we will immediately start working on your order, it will be delivered to the address provided in:

How can I see the status of my order?

You will receive an SMS and an email with the tracking code, by clicking on the link you will be able to locate your order, on the same link you can also change the time of delivery.

How can I cancel my order?

As soon as you complete your order, we will start working on it immediately, for this reason it is not possible to cancel your order on the website from that moment on. You must contact our customer service by email customer_service@gigashoes.nl to cancel the order within 12 hours, the amount will be refunded to your account, using the same payment method used at the time of purchase in a few days, please note that the repayment term will depend on your bank.

If you want to cancel your order after 12 hours, you must wait for the product to be delivered to your address and follow the return steps.

My favorite item is currently sold out. How can I proceed?
